At Wrapzon, all orders are processed within one to two business days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak seasons or sale events, processing may take up to three business days.
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery usually takes between three to seven business days, depending on the destination. Orders in metro cities are generally delivered faster, while remote or rural areas may require a little more time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please note that it may take up to forty-eight hours for tracking details to appear in the courier’s system.
Although we strive to deliver your orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or other unforeseen factors. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout, additional charges may apply for reshipping.
If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or does not arrive within the expected timeline, please contact us within seven days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue with a replacement or other suitable solution.
We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address before placing your order. If you realize a mistake after placing the order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the delivery address.
