Refund and Return Policy

At Wrapzon, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within seven days of receiving the product. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received in order to qualify for a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at wrapzon6@gmail.com or on WhatsApp/Phone at 9999082414 with your order number and details of the issue. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for sending the product back to us. Please note that shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective product or an incorrect item shipped.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within five to seven business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.

In cases where a replacement is preferred, we will arrange to send a new item once the returned product is received and inspected. If the product is out of stock, we will provide a full refund instead.

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including products that have been used, customized, or damaged after delivery. Sale or clearance items may also be final sale and non-returnable.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within forty-eight hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. Our team will review the case and arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
