Shipping & Policy
Your Guide to WrapZon’s Shipping, Delivery & Tracking Process
Q1. How long will it take to receive my WrapZon order?
Your total delivery time includes Processing (1–2 days) and Shipping (3–5 days). Processing involves preparing, checking, and packaging your items, while shipping covers transit from the WrapZon warehouse to your address. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier delays due to festivals or other restrictions.
Q2. How will I know when my order is shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS notification with your shipment’s tracking details. You can use the tracking number to check the current status of your delivery.
Q3. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?
If your product appears defective (for example, fitting or adhesive issues), you must report it within 72 hours of delivery by sending images to WrapZon.
After review, WrapZon will arrange a replacement for the defective item. Damaged items are eligible for exchange only, not refunds.
Q4. Can I cancel or return my order after placing it?
Since all WrapZon products are custom-made, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not allowed once an order is placed and processed.
Exceptions apply only if the product is damaged before delivery or if an incorrect custom design was shipped.
Q6 I ordered the wrong product by mistake. Can I get a replacement?
Yes, replacements are possible under certain conditions:
- The original item must be unused and returned after WrapZon’s email confirmation.
- You must cover a reshipping fee of INR 120 for the correct product.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your return and typically appear in your account within 6–10 days.
Q5.What happens if my order is undelivered or returned due to an incorrect address?
If your package is returned because of a wrong address, failed attempts, or refusal, you’ll need to pay INR 60 as RTO (Return to Origin) charges to have it reshipped.
WrapZon does not provide refunds in these cases.
